HOPE, EDUCATION, ATTITUDE, RESILIENCE, & TRANSFORMATION!
hI, This is KANISHA gRAHAM. FIRST I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THANK YOU FOR STOPPING BY MY WEBSITE. I'M NOT EXACTLY SURE HOW YOU FOUND ME BUT I'M GRATEFUL YOU DID.
After going through my website, if you have questions please email me at:
thehearttransformer@gmail.com
I'm open, honest, and easy-going so I will do my best to speak with you as if we are out having a bite to eat, and you asked me a question- Kanisha tell me about yourself and how might we be able to work together?
Kanisha, what inspired you to help others?
After doing the bare minimum in High School I told myself that when I go to college that I was going to work hard and finish with honors. Unfortunately, I didn't go to college right after High School because I thought I needed to save some money first since I did so poorly in school. I didn't go to college until I was about 22 or 23 years old. I went to school less than part time because I continued working full time. When it came time to enter into the program I went to school full time during the day and worked part time on the weekend. My shift was Friday's 11pm-11am and Saturday's 11pm-11am a total of 24 hours a week. Throughout the entire program I was on the Dean's List and I finished top of my program. I was 26 years old when I finished college with an Associate degree.
So what inspired me to help others? My journey so that others can see that they to can change their story, that it's not about how you start but how you finish. You may have to work harder than others, just keep going and don't give up. IT'S NEVER TOO LATE
Thank you for affirming the possibility of achieving my goals. We're grateful for your wisdom and contagious passion.
~Naiya & Sandra
AT THIS POINT IN MY LIFE I HAD TWO MAJOR GOALS
To become a Registered Cardiovascular Sonographer
To own my first home
Guess what?? I'm now a Registered Cardiovascular Sonographer with 7 years of experience and I've been a homeowner for 6 years now. Of course there was some hardship along the way but I learned from them and stayed dedicated to my journey.
Kanisha You Have A Lot To Offer The World, Share Your Story And Explain Why You Do What You Do.
One thing I've learned is oftentimes our goals will lead us to our real goals. And believe it or not that's exactly what happened for me.
I always enjoyed helping others and listening to them tell me about their life. So it's no surprise that I'm here doing the exact same thing and sharing my story.
Healing the Heart was my passion and it led me to my purpose

In celebration of "25 Prayers That Changed My Life" 1 year Anniversary, I spent 12 amazing days with my audience. Our time together was very engaging as we journaled and prayered together. Thank you for your continued support every night was a blessing!
My name is Santina, last night I attended a Vision Board Party with an awesome group of ladies. Guest speaker Kanisha Graham spiritual guidance was awesome. What an amazing scripture Habakkuk 2:2-3 to line up with why we were there. "Write the vision, and make it plain." Also, the vision has an appointed time for it will speak, but we have to wait for it. I really enjoyed myself, I pray Kanisha light will continue to shine.

Thank you YouVersion for allowing me to share some of my personal experiences with the world. My many setbacks and challenges led me to the Word of God and I'm grateful to share how my life has changed. I hope with me working Monday-Friday in healthcare while pursing my purpose encourages you to discover your purpose. There's purpose in our setbacks and challenges and I believe my purpose is to share my experiences with others so that they know that they are not alone and they can always call on our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. If God saw fit for me to partner with YouVersion just imagine all the wonderful things He has in store for you!
Please know that there is more than one way to do something. If it doesn't work the first time please don't give up just try a different approach!

GRAHAM: Be aware of heart disease and the issues it causes
· By Kanisha Graham
· Mar 1, 2022
My name is Kanisha Graham and I’m a motivational speaker who specializes in the heart.
February was American Heart Month, but it's always a good time to focus on your cardiovascular health. How common is heart disease?
Cardiovascular disease is the world’s leading cause of death. More than 75% of cardiovascular disease deaths occur in low-and middle income countries. High blood pressure is the more prevalent heart disease in the United States — 45% of the population has been diagnosed with hypertension.
As of 2020, reported by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention the state of Georgia was not listed among the highest percentage of populations with hypertension. According to the American College of Cardiology, 2018 high blood pressure was more prevalence in Black adults (41.2%), white adults (28%), Hispanics (25.9%), and Asian adults (24.9%). According to the American Heart Association in 2018, individuals with hypertension spend roughly about $2,000 per year more than their non-hypertensive peers on healthcare.
Heart disease is not a new topic for the United States; it’s been the nation’s leading cause of death since 1921. Be aware of chest pain/discomfort, shortness of breath, fatigue, coughing/wheezing these could be possible heart disease indicators. Being a Registered Cardiovascular Sonographer I’m able to explain to all my patients the importance of annual echocardiograms.
I personally believe that echocardiograms should be performed annually like most wellness checks for some patients. If some of the problems are addressed sooner just maybe the people could have a better and healthier life. Of course everyone has to make sure they are doing their part by staying active if it’s just a walk in the neighborhood or park. Just moving could help a lot with blood circulating throughout the body. Being committed to eating healthy and balanced meals everyday could definitely help improve heart disease.
Working with the heart has led me to the perfect HEART System. I’ve been implementing this system for a while now and all of my patients love it. Working with patients is more than a job to me. Not only have I been able to build lasting relationships here in Georgia but I’ve been successful across the nation by sharing the HEART System.
In this field you need to be a good listener and talk less at times. You may be wondering just what the HEART System is? I’m glad you asked but before I explain it let me share something with you. I never knew exactly what brought my patients in at times but after talking with them I found out the very reason for the exam.
Some would come in for mild reasons but they’re very nervous because this symptom is new for them. While others reasons for the exam is more severe and they’re feeling defeated. The HEART System is perfect in this setting and many more. The HEART System is built with HOPE, EDUCATION, ATTITUDE, RESILIENCE, and TRANSFORMATION. I have to admit sometimes I felt like the world was weighing down on me but after listening to my patients I realized how small my problems were. These dialogues are never just for the patients because as I listened to them and they listened to me, by the end of the conversation we’re all in a happier space.
It’s my desire that all my patients and everyone that I come in contact with leave with more HOPE, more EDUCATION, a better ATTITUDE, more RESILIENCE, and a positive TRANSFORMATION.
Please spread more of the HEART System,
